1 Introduction

The Luna HT 330 boiler is a wall hung, fan assisted room-sealed combi-

nation boiler.

The boiler, providing both central heating and domestic hot water at

mains pressure, is designed for use with a fully pumped, sealed and pres-

surised heating system.

The boiler is supplied with a pump, diverter valve, pressure relief valve,

expansion vessel and pressure gauge fully assembled and tested.

As supplied, the boiler will automatically modulate to provide central

heating outputs between 9.4 and 33.0 kW (32 074 and 112 600 Btu/h).

The maximum output available for domestic hot water is 33.0 kW (112

600 Btu/h), capable of providing 3.0 gal/min. - 13.5 litres/min with a tem-

perature rise of 63°F/35 °C.

IMPORTANT

It is the law that all gas appliances are installed by a competent person.

It is in your own interest and that of safety to ensure that the law is com-

plied with.

• The installation must conform to the requirements of the authority

having jurisdiction or, in the absence of such requirements, to the

National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54

Where required by the authority having jurisdiction, the installation

must conform to the Standard for Controls and Safety Devices for

Automatically Fired Boilers, ANSI/ASME CSD-1.*

Safe lighting and other performance criteria were met with the gas

manifold and control assembly provided on boiler when boiler unde-

rwent tests speciﬁ ed in ANSI Z21.13-latest edition.

• The installation should conform with CGA B149.1 INSTALLATION

CODE and/or local installation Code, plumbing or waste water codes

and other codes as applicable.

• Clearances from and protection of combustible material.

• Manufacturer’s instructions must NOT be taken in anyway as over-

riding statutory obligations.

1 Présentation

La chaudière murale Luna HT 330 consiste d’une chaudière combinée à

chambre étanche équippée d’un ventilateur.

La chaudière, qui fournit soit du chauffage soit de l’eau chaude sanita-

ire à la pression du réseau, est conçue pour l’emploi dans un circuit de

chauffage avec pompe complètement étanche et pressurisé.

La chaudière est livrée de série avec pompe, vanne à trois voies, soupape

de pression, vase d’expansion et indicateur de pression déjà assemblés et

soumis à essai.

La chaudière s’ajuste automatiquement pour la production de chauffage

entre 9,4 et 33.0 kW (32 074 et 112 600 Btu/h).

La valeur maximale réalisable pour l’eau chaude sanitaire est de 33.0 kW

(112 600 Btu/h), ce qui correspond à la production de 2.8 gal/min. - 13.5

litres/min. et à l’augmentation de la température de 63°F/35°C.

Il est dans votre intérêt et dans l’intérêt de votre sûreté de vériﬁ er l’ob-

servation de la loi.

• L’installation doit être conforme à la règlementation en vigueur impo-

sée par l’organisme compétent ou, en l’absence d’une telle régle-

mentation, aux directives du National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI

Z223.1/NFPA 54.

Lorsque l’organisme compétent en fait état, l’installation doit être

conforme à la réglementation en vigueur Standard for Controls and

Safety Devices for Automatically Fired Boilers, ANSI/ASME CSD-1.*

On a respecté les critères de bon allumage et de bonne performance

par l’assemblage des commandes et du collecteur de gaz effectué sur

la chaudière au moment où on l’a soumise aux essais prévus par la

dernière édition du Code ANSI Z21.13

• L’installation doit être effectuée en conformité avec CGA B149.1

INSTALLATION CODE et/ou les Règlements d’installation locaux et

tout autre règlement en matière de conduites d’eau ou d’égouts.

• Espaces et protection des matériaux combustibles.

• En aucun cas les indications du constructeur n’aurons de priorité sur

les dispositions de la loi.
